Sitting on our balcony with the harbour right in front of you, you'll think: "How can this city possibly exist?" It seems too blue and too green to be Australia's biggest city, but it is, and from here you're only 10 minutes from the CBD on the train. Inside everything is designed for your comfort, with an open plan living area and a modern kitchen. Set in a quiet village atmosphere with Waverton train station, cafes, a supermarket, essential shops and a bus stop all within footsteps.
The Space:
Harbour views from balcony and master bedroom. Five minutes walk from the harbour, 10 minutes from the city by train. New York style modern kitchen with oodles of bench space, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, coffee machine. Smart TV with Netflix, Stan and other apps. Huge balcony with BBQ. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating. Washing machine, dryer and iron within the apartment, free of charge. Two private parking spaces. Seconds to Waverton train station and shops. Close to parks and harbourside bushwalks.
Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
The Neighborhood:
The small suburb of Waverton is a sleepy oasis just north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Many residents take advantage of the short commute to the city, but the water views, greenery and village atmosphere are drawcards in their own right. Mid-century apartment blocks line the shores here, all hoping for a glimpse of the water. They share space with plenty of parkland, as well as friendly neighbourhood cafes and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Trains head to the city and north to Chatswood from Waverton Station.
We highly recommend using ride sharing service Uber.
