This open plan concept has direct access to the main veranda with an exterior dinning area that is covered for shade. by two large sliding doors, that is covered for shade. The veranda is large enough to move around comfortably, and is ideal for long dinners with endless sunsets.
The master bedroom, with a queen size bed, and a full bathroom with bathtub is also located on this level. The washer/dryer combo are in this bathroom.
Halfway down the stairs to the lower level, there is a door that opens up to the backward with an umbrella and an exterior sitting area. The are two trees for shade which have lantern hanging on them if guest wish to create some atmosphere. Going back in the apartment, at the bottom of the stairs, there are 2 more large bedrooms. One with a queen size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds. There is another full bathroom with shower, a living room mostly set up as a TV room, and a small kitchenette with fridge for one to make a cup of coffee without disturbing the ones that want to sleep in late. The TV room is equipped with a smart tv, Netflix included, and various of board games and toys for the younger guests.
There is a storage area to store luggage and where the electric vacuum is stored. You may also find the iron and ironing board in there.
Guest will have access to their own private garden in the back of the apartment with a sitting area, as well as for their own private veranda to enjoy the sunset in the evenings.

Strictly shoes off while in the house as the rugs are all light colored. No eating or drinking on the sofas or bedrooms. Be extra careful with the window treatments as the apartment can get very breeze when opening the front and back windows. No deep frying in the house. No smoking inside. Guests can smoke outside. Take out the garbage on a daily basis to avoid unwanted visitors.
