Surrounded by fragrant pine trees and with seaviews towards Navarone Bay and Pefkos, Villa Alya is in the perfect location to enjoy everything that the resorts of Lindos and Pefkos have to offer.
You will enjoy the spacious feel of the villa and everything has been designed with creating a home from home villa experience. The first floor has a wonderful master bedroom with double bed, floor to celing fitted wardrobes and two private balconies with views across the gardens, pool and side seaviews towards Pefkos and Lindos. The twin bedroom also has floor to celing fitted wardrobes and access to a delightful large terrace with outdoor furniture so you can soak up the sunshine or escape with a good book and your favourite drink. The adjacent large family bathroom has a bath with shower, a double sink unit, WC and is fully tiled and even has a great view from the window.
The ground floor has the 3rd bedroom, a lovely twin with fully fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower, WC and washbasin. Adjoining the twin is an exceptional private dressing area and is a big hit with the ladies who love to get dressed up on their holidays before a night on the town. We provide the hairdryer and the extra large mirror, you simply provide the glamour! There is also a separate WC on the ground floor which has a washing machine, iron and ironing board
The open plan lounge and dining room has a contemporary feel with its comfortable sofa and scatter cushions, coffee table and feature fire place adorned with white pebbles and twinkling lights. There is a satellite TV, music system and free wifi for those who wish to keep in touch with the outside world. The adjoining dining area is set in the air conditioned room next to the patio doors so you have immediate access to another terrace which overlooks the pool so you can choose from indoor or outdoor dining. The fully fitted kitchen has all mod cons including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and is equipped with pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware so you can enjoy a home from home experience.
A stonebuilt BBQ set in the private gardens continues the concept of Mediterranean living so you don't need to go far to get a true taste of Greece. From the back door, there are steps built with local stone which lead down to the private pool area. The 6m x 3m pool is 1.10m deep and with sunbeds and umbrellas just a few flip flops away, you can simply step into the pool to cool off from the warmth of the Greek sunshine. There are grassed areas on 3 different levels and we have provided lots of garden games to keep you occupied from volleyball to croquet, badminton to boules.
So whether you wish to relax by the pool, retreat to one of the private terraces, fire up the BBQ, get a little energetic with a game of volleyball or a more sedate game of croquet, Villa Alya is what villa holidays are all about.
