Positive: It was quiet. Good hot water. TV. Good communication from owner/ manager.

Negative: I was told it was a 10 minute walk from the bus stop. In fact it was almost 30 minutes with a long steep hill and unpaved roads. The location was very isolated from anything except a very expensive beach front resteraunt/hotel. There were no other options within walking distance. I had to rent a car because of its location. The facility itself was unappealing from the outside and set me up for a lot of disappointment. It was hard to find because the sign didn't face the direction I was walking. The room was ok, but far from comfortable. It was much in need of an update. I don't understand how it got the high ratings it got.
