Bungalow105 is freshly renovated and is located on the edge of Byron town centre. Bright, breezy and very comfortable. Perfect for families or adult groups our Bungalow is an easy 5 min drive or 20 min walk to town, shopping and beaches.
The house has 2 Queen bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 beds, sleeping 8 people. There is a separate rumpus/Smart TV/games area for kids and a comfortable lounge and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is new and downstairs is a fully equipped laundry room.
Perfectly located in Byron, Bungalow105 consists of 3 bedrooms - 2 Queen and a Bunk Room. Each bedroom is comfortably styled, bright and airy. There is plenty of space for adults and children with 2 separate living areas. The front living room with a TV opens to a dining area and has easy access to the outside deck area and the kitchen. The back rumpus area has a play area with Smart TV and there is easy access to outside from this room - perfect place for the kids to hang out after the beach. Wifi included.
There is a fully equipped functional kitchen that has an electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils and accessories. The kitchen is perfect to cook and prepare home meals or if cooking on holidays is not your thing, Bungalow105 is a 15-20 min walk or super quick bike ride to great cafes and bars. The General Store is a 5 min walk and has super yummy meals and great coffee.
The outside space features a large sunny deck, table, deck chairs and a BBQ - perfect for dinner under the stars after a day on the beach! There is a large grassed back garden for the kids to roam free. It is all fenced and very secure. The kids have plenty of space to run around.
There are 2 toilets and a clean, neat and tidy bathroom with a shower. The property has an inside laundry with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of room for extra storage of suitcases. AC in living space and hallway to service the bedrooms.
There is plenty of safe and secure street parking at no cost.
There is an adjoining queen bed studio that is fenced off and separate. This can be rented if additional accommodation is required. It is complete with it's own bathroom. Wifi included.
