Our house is located in the beautiful Lilli Pilli area of Byron Bay, 3kms from the town centre. Its a 5 min drive, 10-15 min cycle to town and nearby beaches. The house was built in 1923 and has been recently renovated to combine the rustic charm with modern amenities.
Tranquil rainforest surrounds in a wild life reserve there are no cats and dogs but plenty of birds, lizards, echidnas and the occasional koala. Its a quiet residential area so probably best suited to those looking for a peaceful retreat away from the busy town centre but close enough to be easily accessible.
The main house sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms plus an office/5th bedroom and the granny flat an additional 2 people. The granny flat is separate from the main house and has its own ensuite and kitchenette. The main house has 2 living areas and an open plan dining/kitchen/ family room. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and an outdoor BBQ. The 2 living areas both have smart TV's ,Netflix, DVD players, Wi Fi and bluetooth speakers. There's also a selection of board games. Main bathroom has bath, toilet and shower, second bathroom has toilet and shower.
Bedding configuration in the main house is 1x King bed, 2 Queen beds, , 1x King single, 1x single, 2x single foam mattresses. Granny Flat has 1x queen bed.
The back deck has a large dining table plus comfy chairs for relaxing, the spa deck has a hot tub and a day bed and the front porch has 2 daybeds so there are plenty of spaces for privacy and relaxing. There's also a rainforest shower for after the beach
There's a fully equipped laundry in the garage as well as a selection of adults bikes, kids scooter, skateboards, body boards and beach umbrella .
There is undercover parking for 1 car and off street parking for 2 cars, there's also plenty of street parking.
