Positive: Good location, great view

Negative: I changed the dates for my visit, from 4 to 3 nights, which was confirmed ok by management. However, when requesting a refund, I didn't get any response, even after several reminders. Now, almost 3 month later, I'm still waiting for an answer, or having the issue resolved by Booking.com Customer Services.

Summary: Nice place, poor Customer Service.
