From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. Thanos was very kind, and a special thank you goes to Peter, who was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout the stay. His attitude truly made a difference and made me feel well taken care of.
The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. It felt new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and it offered excellent value for money. While there isn’t much of a view, that wasn’t an issue at all given the overall quality and comfort.
Cleanliness was outstanding. The bed and bedding were spotless and very comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep. The refrigerator was a good size, the coffee machine made genuinely good coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a smart TV — something that is not even guaranteed in many 4-star hotels in Norway that cost 3 to 4 times more.
If I were to mention a couple of small suggestions: I personally prefer bottled water, as I’m not a fan of tap water in Greece. There is a beautiful glass bottle of water in the fridge, but it is filled with tap water, so having bottled water available would be appreciated.
Also, a small tip would be to add mosquito traps in the rooms, as that would make the stay even more comfortable.
And for those worried about the “part of town”. If you don’t bother no one, no one will bother you;)

Summary: The hotel itself is very nice! Small like all European hotels, but very clean, new and bright. The room was a fairly good size as well. Tiny bathroom with the open-door shower most showers have there. Bedding was clean and fresh every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only issue is the location! Very far from the main square - about 30 minute walk - which would be OK if it wasn't in the sketchiest part of town. Graffiti, prostitutes, drugs, trash everywhere. Very noisy with traffic and siren noise all night long. No cute coffee shops or places to grab a croissant nearby either. Not convenient location in any way.
