No better location, Our freshly renovated beach cottage is in an iconic location in Byron. Less than 1km from the town centre or a 5 min walk to Byron's best beaches. A very sought after and handy location - nothing to do except sit back and enjoy all Byron has to offer!
Espadrille House is tucked away on one of Byron's best residential streets this magical spot offers you 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen size bed plus 2 king single beds. The bedrooms are service by 2 well sized functional bathrooms.
The iconic Top Shop Cafe is 270m down the street where you will find amazing coffee, great food and a genuine Byron Bay surf vibe. Clarke's Beach is 1km. The Pass surf beach (great for kids and beginners) is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Watego's, Main Beach and Belongil are also within easy reach too. Run or walk to the lighthouse via several different tracks and routes. Always beautiful! When you are ready to adventure into town for some live music, a great meal or just to people watch you can walk the 1km in under 15 minutes.
