FOS retreat is on two ground levels. The east entrance of the upper level which you enter from the parking area leads to a master bedroom with en suite facilities and access to a private veranda with sea views.
From the hall, the stairway leads to the lower level where there is living room, dining area for 6 guests, kitchen, bedroom and laundry room. The living room, amply furnished, has ceiling fan, A/C, flat TV, DVD player and HI-FI, and the open space kitchen is fully equipped. Off the living room there is a private veranda with dining area for 10 guests and with stunning views to the Aegean, to the port of Paroikia and swimming pool.
Also there is the second bedroom with double bed, en suite facilities and access to outdoor area. Both bedrooms offer A/C, flat TV and WiFi.
The common swimming pool of 3,5X8 metres is 4 steps below the terrace. The spacious terraces of 110 sq.m. offer all that is needed for the guests to enjoy the spectacular views and magical sunset.
