Villa Nuelle is a newly built stone house featuring an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor pool The villa is located in Moni village, close to the beach and the city of Heraklion. The house consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) Every bedroom has its closet, a tv and an AC unit. The bathroom offers a shower. The spacious open plan space consists of a fully equipped kitchen, the living room and dinning area. A comfortable sofa which can be converted to a double bed, can be found in the living room along with a wide screen smart tv and the fireplace. Guests can also enjoy our indoor jacuzzi, which is located between the living room and kitchen. The jacuzzi is very spacious and offers enough place for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all appliances you need in order to prepare a meal. Wifi is available through out the house. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool, the wooden oven and BBQ.Nuelle villa is about 12 km away from Amoudara beach. Also the Villa is very near to the national road exit to both directions (east or west). Heraklion city is about 10km away and Knossos about 12km away, Nikos Kazantzakis airport is about 15 km away.
HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you not to throw any paper or sanitary products in the toilet. Please use the small trash bin next to it. Do not sit wet or with sunscreen on the sofa or beds. Please take care to not stain the bed or bath towels. Please do not operate the AC while doors or windows are open. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, only at the yard. Only confirmed, registered guests are allowed inside the villa. People, other than those in the Guest party as stated in the reservation, may not stay overnight in the property We kindly request that you should respect the common quiet hours as everyone in the area(2.30-5.30pm,11pm-7am) We do not allow parties or other events Please do not use shower gel, bath soap or any other kind of liquid while using the Jacuzzi We ask that our guests treat the villa and its contents with respect at all times and that the villa is kept in the same condition as it is handed over. (You will be asked to pay for any need for excessive cleaning due to misuse of the villa or any damages ) As the villa is situated at the village square, please keep in mind that excessive noise will not be tolerated.
