Summary: My room was super clean. I however never got to use my room, because my partner never made it to town. Since it cost me about $200 to move my room to a different week, and I would get charged if I didn’t cancell n time. My only choice was to check in and not use the room. $400 wasted between my first reservation and the same reservation moved to the following week. Lack of options with obnoxious fees, I will not book here again.
