Positive: Beautiful and well-designed apartment, comfortable rooms, small indoor pool in the courtyard, wonderful location in the Plaka neighborhood

Negative: The apartment has 2 bathrooms, as we expected for a family of 6. A bathroom on the lower level, with a sewage problem, upon starting to use it, the water rose in the bathroom from all directions. The smell of sewage rose in the rooms near the bathroom. Since it was quite late at night, I sent the contact person a WhatsApp message about the incident, expecting someone to contact me in the morning. No representative from the apartment made contact, I called several times the next morning, without an answer, I sent a message to the owner/representative of the apartment via Booking and they replied to me later in the day with a return message. The problem was fixed, and when we returned to the apartment, the water was indeed pumped out and apparently the sewage blockage problem was fixed, we did not return to use the bathroom for fear that the problem would return. Until we left, there was a sewage smell in the living room, at no point nobody call to ask if everything was okay. If we needed anything...? Disappointing.
