Positive: The house seems recently renovated and was very clean. • The location is extremely calm, surrounded by nature, yet only 15–20 minutes by car from Matala. • The kitchen is very well equipped. • High-quality Smart TVs, very smooth to use. • The house in general is well equipped, with a rooftop offering a beautiful view of nature and amazing sunsets. • And of course, the super cute black cat that takes care of the place 🐈‍⬛, we absolutely loved it!

Negative: The listing says there are two showers, but in reality only one is fully functional. The second one is in a small bathroom with the toilet, and using it risks flooding the room, so it’s more of a toilet than a real shower. • The bedding was not very comfortable for us, but that may be subjective, as we are used to a firmer mattress. • The air conditioning works but is not very efficient. At times it still felt hot even when turned on, and it can be a bit noisy, especially the one in the bedroom. • One of the bedrooms is very spacious, while the other is quite small. For two couples it was difficult to decide, so we feel the house is more suited for a family than for two couples.
