Nautical 2-story 2 BR 2BA waterfront villa with AC, nestled in a quiet protected cove, surrounded by lush tropical landscape. You’ll appreciate the natural beauty and tranquility of having the sea at your doorstep in Caribe Pointe Bight.
Enjoy a huge private veranda overlooking the 30-foot long swim pool, turquoise Caribbean sea and reef. The pool may be shared with couple if they are renting our boathouse, VRBO 58842.
This villa is near the famous mangrove tunnels and kayaks are included free! The reef is close by - just a swim or short kayak away. A smaller reef is near the house dock.
Through your private garden and veranda you enter the first floor of this seafaring villa, which consists of a fully air-conditioned great room with a double sized futon, totally equipped kitchen and bath with a shower. The kitchen features custom made Honduran hardwood cabinets and a small dining area. Outdoor dining is also available on the veranda.
Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with its own deck for enjoying that first cup of morning coffee or to catch the sun going down over the hills. Custom made Marapolan furniture provides numerous drawers and storage. You’ll especially enjoy the queen memory foam bed covered with Egyptian cotton sheets.
The second bedroom has a new full size bed and dresser. Use it for additional guests, storage, or as your office away from home. The full upstairs bath features a large shower with a seat and lots of custom cabinetry. Ceiling fans abound throughout both floors of the villa and each bedroom has its own air-conditioner. A split unit AC serves the downstairs area.
You’ll find this villa very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant relaxing stay. The villa is the first two floors of the 3-story building on the water side. The property owners' veranda and a small part of their living room is on the floor above. Although normally very quiet and private, you may hear residual noise as if in a condo building.
NOTE: Due to rising electric costs, we now meter and charge guests for electricity used, at the current rate of 47 cents per kwh. An image of the meter is taken at checkin and checkout. This allows each guest to control their use of AC. The water heater and pump are not on this meter and not charged.
A $200 refundable damage / electric deposit is collected at check in for potential house and kayak paddle damage or loss. It is returned at checkout minus the electric cost.
