Summary: The appartement has potential given its location and size but it needs to renovate/change several things. The couch needs to be thrown in the trash, stains all over and not comfortable at all A window in the bathroom, a door closet, and a full size mirror are broken as well (this has been like that at least since July, I found a review on another website listing the same things). The decoration is non existent and the floor and walls seem very dusty.
