Positive: Very nice view of the Marko's Towers from the balcony and front of the house. Nice apartment. The sofa in the living room was already made when we arrived (very nice touch). Very good price. Very friendly personnel, with good written communication in English. Very clean.

Negative: No heat in the bedroom. Very high safety risks - stairs and balcony with no railing. The house is not finished - it doesn't have the house plaster.
