Michele's flat is very close to the city center, old venetian port, intercity bus station and taxi stations, super market and taverns. These places can be accessed in less than 10 mins on foot.
The flat, around 100m2, is fully renovated with a modern bathroom. Two balconies allow excellent ventilation and the sunlight to enter from all directions.Free parking available.
Sea is close too, either on foot or by car.

Here is some extra information about Michele’s flat.
A first floor flat in the heart of the city, on one of the busiest streets. Plenty of night clubs, taverns and places to drink your coffee are close. Also department stores and the historical market of Chania are close to visit and shop food and clothes.
The house was initially designed for five people. Two double beds and a single bed were available in different rooms. Later a modern design sofa that turns to a double bed (1.40m width) was added. This is to be translated that up to seven people can be accommodated. Special offers are available for guests that have visited the flat again.
An easy to park garage is also available with the house.
Keys will be given personally from Menelaos. Information about the house and the town of Chania will be provided (if needed) alongside with suggestions about places to visit.
Fruits and other treats (e.g wine, nuts, honey, marmalade, olive oil) will be offered, mostly things to help your breakfast although breakfast is not included in the package. For instance valencia oranges during summer months. Among the standard treats 3 Cretan wines are included, thyme or flower honey from my bees, raki (grape distillation product) and other local products to taste.
The closest two beaches to go on foot are Nea Chora beach and Kladissos beach. But by bus or by car there are several other worthy options.
A first aid kit will always be available for you, behind the bathroom door.
To mention that if your flight is weird or if you travel a long distance, the time you get the key can be arranged (flexible), after communication with Menelaos.
Everything mentioned above is without extra costs for the guests.
All places in the flat are accessible except few lockers were cleaning items, bed linen and towels etc. are kept and are used to prepare your stay.
