A modern and beautiful 2 bed sea view apartment sleeps 6 in the old town of Chania in Crete, Greece.
The apartment is new and is newly furnished to a very high standard. It is located in the heart of Chania, 3 minutes walk to the old town harbour where you can find a range of restaurants, bars, taverns and the old narrow market stalls! It is also 300 yards from a beautiful sandy beach!
Spacious accommodation, 2 good size bedrooms, large living area with open plan to a modern kitchen with good size breakfast bar. One shower room and one additional toilet. The property has three balconies, the first large balcony (24sqm) to the front of the apartment ideal for eating and drinking outside with full unobstructed sea views. There are further two balconies, one to the back of the apartment with wonderful mountains view, while the side balcony offers beautiful views of the old town. There is allocated off street car park and lift available.
Chania airport is less than 10 miles away (15 mins ride by taxi and only costs around 30 Euros). Bus service is also available at 2.50 Euros per person and it takes around 25 mins.
