Come stay in our 430 square foot, upstairs studio apartment nestled in the woods, located less than 2 miles from downtown Asheville and historic Biltmore Village. The space includes free wifi, a 43" television with cable premium channels and netflix, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and off street parking. The space comes furnished with a drip coffee maker, coffee and filters, queen size bed, love seat and two bar stools.
We only allow 1 rental per month, the rest of the blocked times are for family and friends. IF YOU SEE THE POPERTY ON THE WEBSITE THEN WE HAVE NOT BOOKED OUR VISITOR FOR THE MONTH, GO AHEAD AND BOOK.

We have off street parking for one car for your convenience. As you pull into the driveway it’s the gravel pad on the left. The stairs to the apartment are behind the garage, as you follow the gravel pathway on your left.
It is our intention to meet you upon arrival. We have lived in Asheville since 2004 so we can answer most questions you may have and point you in the right direction.
We have a dog (Lucy) that will greet you with a bark, but she is all talk. She is friendly with other dogs.
