The downstairs includes one lakefront bedroom with a king bed, one lakefront bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom suite with shower, double vanity and 2 bunkbeds (sleeping 4), 1 additional bathroom with double vanity and jacuzzi tub / shower , and a washer / dryer closet. Very comfortable for 10 people.
Outside space includes an upstairs large deck with outside dining and built-in gas BBQ -- perfect for entertaining! Downstairs has additional large deck right on the lake!
Located walking distance from downtown Tahoe City restaurants, shopping, hiking, and biking. Community has own tennis courts, boat pier and beautiful lakefront pool with shallow end for young children. In winter, short drive to Alpine, Squaw and Homewood and steps to excellent hill for sledding!
