Downstairs is an additional studio which is not rented out, the owners use this for storage. You have the whole house to yourselves.

Woolworths shopping complex within 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Shops include a local local bakery, chemist bottle shop, petrol station, Lake Cathie tavern, Middle Rock Pizza. Andy¿s Chinese take-away and Fish and Chips. Port Macquarie Lake Road Industrial area 15 minutes drive, Port Macquarie CBD 20 minutes drive.
