My home is part of an enclave of patio homes in a well maintained community (+pool) that is centrally located, and across from a beautiful park that makes you feel like you're away from it all!.
It's a single story 2 bed 2 bath townhome with a beautiful park/preserve across the street and a saltwater pool just steps away. The kitchen and bath have been remodeled with new cabinets, appliances, shower. The home is located a few minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Papago Park, Desert Botanical Garden, many golf courses, and the airport.
What makes my home special is that it was actually my home! It's not another cookie cutter rental by a faceless company. I have lived in this community for over 20 years and it still feels as unique as it did when I first moved here. The pool is beautiful and barely used, and the large park system across the street offers desert adventure. You can take a walk through the park to the lookout over the zoo and see the bighorn sheep, giraffes, lions, and usually a beautiful sunset. The back patio is unique with a natural wash running behind it where you'll often see quail, rabbits, and even the occasional coyote!
WE DON"T HAVE ANY CAMERAS, EXTRA FEES, OR CRAZY CLEANING REQUIREMENT. Enjoy YOUR stay!

It's a special area located in South Scottsdale/North Tempe that is close to all of the activities and attractions of the area, yet when you return home it will be a quiet, enjoyable, and peaceful home.
