The space
The A-Frame with vaulted ceiling and a loft is around 2000 sq ft and can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
- Main level: Open concept kitchen, dinning and living room. The area has a living room with large 65 in smart TV, elevated dining table that enables interaction with the kitchen, living room and outside deck.
- Downstairs: kids space with smartTV, games, kids room.
- Deck area: Outside you can enjoy nature from an elevated, wrap-around deck that features a BBQ grill.
- Loft: Master bedroom with on suite half bathroom.
PRIVACY:
The property is located in a wooded area surrounded by nature, with spacious distance from neighboring homes allowing privacy and comfort. The Emerald Lakes amenities and lakes are 3 min drive away.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES –
Boating and fishing: The Emerald Lakes hold some great boating and fishing opportunities for members and guests. Many types of fish are found in the lakes to include pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish.
Beach area: This beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off of Sage Road. You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area.
Outdoor Pool: Located on Cedar Drive, our 2,500 square foot, 100,000 gallon pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated and guaranteed fun for the family. There is a restroom building, and picnic tables as well.
Recreation: The Emerald Lakes Association also contains other recreation amenities, that include outdoor tennis courts located next to the outdoor pool. There is a basketball court and baseball field on Glade Drive next to the administration building.
Please take note additional fees from Emerald Lakes that are paid directly to the HOA if you plan to use their amenities.
Guest access
The parking space accommodates 2-3 cars. Please note that parking on the street is prohibited. Emerald Lakes is a residential community with plenty of amenities. The restaurants are 5-7 min away.
Due to the strict short-term rental rules, the local community require us to register all guests 48 hrs prior to arrival. Therefore, we will need the following information – Your full name, Number of guests, Vehicle Information (Make, Model, Year, Plate#, Color), and number of additional cars on property.
Other things to note
Hot Tub Rules:
-Please note, raising/lowering the temperature takes time, please do not overload the system by repeatedly pressing buttons
-Do NOT add any bath bombs, bubbles, or any chemicals
-Do NOT raise temp to 103 and close the cover or tub will overheat
-Do NOT bring any glass cups or bottles near or in the hot tub, broken glass will ruin the tub and the guest will be charged $1,000 fine
-If tub is not in use, please lower the temperature to 100 and close the cover
-Prior to checking out, please drop temperature to 100 in the Winter and to 95 in the Summer
-Please contact the host immediately with any questions on how to operate the hot tub
