Within close proximity to grocery stores, popular restaurants, and medical facilities, this Guard GATED community is also just a quick 15-20 minute drive to Disney and many other Orlando attractions!

For all reservations, we do require a signed rental agreement and copy of photo ID. You must be 25 yrs or older to rent.
-There is a resort fee of $ 20 plus taxes ($22.40) per day/per unit (not per guest!!!) that is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at check-in. It does not go to me but you have to consider this in your cost. This fee is mandatory and intended to cover maintenance and security costs at the resort. Snowbirds rates are at a discounted price for 25 days+.
There is a towel service and lounge chairs in the pool area. The towel service requires a towel card from the front desk and $10 deposit per towel. In order to get your deposit back you must return the towels.

We provide towels and sheets and in the laundry space there is a washer, a dryer, iron and board that will be available for the guests to use. This is a self-catered unit but we always provide an starter amount of items such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, hand soap, etc. When the period of stay is longer or there are many people, there might not be enough and the guests will need to supplement them according to their own consumption. There is a Publix nearby that has everything you will need.

*Two FREE parking spaces available in our driveway. A third car can be parked behind those at the end of our driveway in front of the house. No parking on the grass or street otherwise or it will be towed at your expense.
