By the pool there is a stone covered pergola with dining table seating 8 and a brick built in BBQ & kitchen. The villa now has a volley ball area, pool table and also a children’s play area with swings. And of course the villa has the added luxury of an outdoor gym.
The villa is extremely spacious with an open-plan living room and kitchen & centre island with high quality appliances. The huge master suite occupies the whole of the first floor and has an en-suite contemporary bathroom with large shower and separate walk-in dressing room. From the master bedroom there is a large balcony with views of the sea. A further two twin bedrooms (which can be turned into doubles) both with French windows onto the garden are located on the ground floor along with a modern contemporary bathroom with corner shower cubical. There is also an annex with double bed and en-Suite shower room.
The villa is situated in a quiet & peaceful area yet less than a ten minute stroll will bring you into the centre of Dassia village with it’s multitude of restaurants, beach bars & a good selection of well stocked mini-markets. Dassia also boasts a long beach with crystal clear water, here you will find sunbeds & umbrellas to rent and a great choice of water-sports and boat rental to explore the delights of the Prestigious North East coastline.
