This classic Byron location breathes the authenticity of an original beach bungalow yet has been thoughtfully renovated and finished with the comfortable and stylish fittings and finishes. The front deck is the perfect spot for afternoon drinks or relaxed breakfast, whilst the rear deck has been designed for lounging around reading and afternoon barbecues. Perfect for relaxing nights in or slow mornings with breakfast on the deck.
There is a main living area with a super comfortable sofa and dining table . The kitchen is fully equiped and a great size if cooking at home is your preference. There is a seperate breakout area great for kids or those wanting a quite nook to read or getaway.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the top floor. The 4th bedroom and ensuite bathroom is located downstairs, separate to the top floor, accessed via the internal stairwell, super clean and well appointed.
