This property is located in one of Brisbane's most prestigious water front suburbs. This magnificent property offers three well appointed bedrooms. Master bedroom with en-suite, built in wardrobe, TV and king size bed. Second Bedroom with Queen size bed built in wardrobes and fan Third Bedroom Kind single with built ins and air conditioning. Two bathrooms (each including bath tubs). Very well appointed furniture throughout. Located only a few minutes walk to beach front where you will be able to take in the breath taking views whilst strolling along the footpath which runs along the length of the beach allowing running, walking and cycling or just wanting to sit in a beautiful space along the way to meditate. This path will lead you to Scarborough one way and Woody Point and Clontarf the other direction. Fully equipped kitchen, electric cook top and oven, microwave and other appliances required for preparing own meals. Large Fridge / Freezer with filtered water and ready made ice. Main bathroom includes laundry with washing machine. Clothes line on side of house as well. The house has air conditioning in the main area and WIFI. You can enjoy the outdoor entertaining whilst taking a dip in the pool. Children (under 16) must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst in the gated pool area this is required by law.
