3 Bedroom House in Lavreotiki, Athens
A big veranda and two balconies around the house, offer stunning sea views, listening to the splash of the waves or enoying the sunrise burning the horizon in the morning. In 1-4 min walk several small beaches to swim. One master bedroom overlooking the open sea, with a queen-size bed, a baby cot if necessary, a capboard, TV and en-suite WC. The second bedroom has two single beds, capboard and the third one, a double bed, capboard and a work desk. In the living room a sofa can easily be converted into two single beds. Six prs sleep in the bedrooms and two in the livingroom if necessary. There is also a dinning area and TV in the living room. The aircoditions keep the house cool. There is an open kitchen, fully equepted, the WC and a bathroom with a washing machine. Towels, beach towels, bed linens, soaps,liquids and other necessary cleaning supplies are available. The barbecue and an outdoor shower are available too. There is parking on site, for free. It is at the first floor of our family vacation house, independent, with outdoor stairs leading to its main entrance.
Ideal location, allowing you to relax by the sea, listening to the splash of the waves, make sports (a diving center provides diving training for all levels, guided diving trips and diving equipment rental), to explore the nearby islands by boat (in one day trip or more) or hire a boat with or without the crew. Visit Athens (the Acropolis , Plaka, the museums) and the historical monuments of Attica.
The house is located a short distance from the historic town of Lavrio (7 minutes by car) and from the ancient temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio (17 km), the temple of Artemis at Vravrona... The enchanting coast of Attica, the center of Athens (60 km / About 50 minutes), as well as the airport of Athens (30 km) are easily accessible by car. Possibility of day trips to nearby islands from the port of Lavrio and Rafina. In Lavrio there are markets, many restaurants serving traditional food, bars and cafes.
Very close to the house there is a mini market that delivers and a few traditional taverns, that delivers too, if you wish to take your lunch/dinner on the breezy veranda with the amaizing view.
Board games, books in Greek, English and French are at the disposal of my guests. Children are welcome, under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. Check in - check out is contactless.
