Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The home itself was beautiful . Each room was decorated and very usable especially the Bunk Room. The Sunroom was my favorite part of the house it gave off a warm and cozy feeling of being in the space, although once the sun set or in the cold of the day it was not very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the half bar between the kitchen and dining area was a real help with seating. The view from the primary bedroom over the lake was absolutely beautiful as well as sitting on the porch in the evening, watching the sunset over the water could be quite mesmerizing.

Negative: The pool did not seem usable. It seemed as though there was no filtration processing through the pool, so therefore no one in my family wanted to engage in the waterl, which was one of the reasons that I booked the house as my family are avid swimmers. The request to do or begin laundry was a doable request however, there were no supplies to start the laundry. I used dish washing liquid to wash 2 loads. There was a stale odor throughout the house which we had to go out and purchase air fresheners to remove the odor. When we arrived, there were 3 bugs on the floor which we contributed to being water bugs.It was nothing major just something that happened that could be overlooked period in fact, all of it could be overlooke other than the pool issue. We did not pursue any contact with the issues as those were things that we could live without. The major point of renting the house was so that my family could be together. I am thankful that Inor allowed me to have my family gather there for the holiday. Overall I would recommend the Spacious Mooresville Home and would rent it again if there opportunity presented itself.
