No children under 8 unless preapproved by owner. Renter must be present. The cottage is centrally located and just a few blocks from aquarium, Jones Park, downtown Gpt. 2 miles to Centennial Plaza. Private entrance, designated parking, private fenced patio and deck with ocean view! We are less than a block away from city park with swings, playground, basketball courts, and a tennis court.
