This newly, tradionaly stone built, beautiful, 3 bedroom villa, positioned at the small village of Kera, is the perfect escape for anyone who likes to relax in nature but still be close to any modern comforts. The private pool and the courtyard with its agelong olive trees, in collaboration with the surrounding natural environment make for the perfect relaxing retreat! In total 180sqm distributed on 2 floors, ensure a spacious home. One the upper level, there are included the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen, built with the traditional stone style, is fully equipped and also includes a dinning area and a small cozy balcony with a pergola above it and a comfortable sitting space where one can relax and enjoy the calmness of the area and the view. The living room is very spaceous and includes any modern utilities one might need. The contrast between the traditioinal kitchen and the modern livingroom, makes this area dazzling to the eye. Through an inner staircase, you can reach the bottom level. There are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one wth 2 twin beds. Each bedroom contains its own private bathroom which includes a shower cabinet. The village of Roka is only 500m away. The beach of Drapanias, one of the most beautiful beaches in kissamos is merely 7km away. Kissamos town is only 12 km away and the famous city of Chania is only 35km away. Furthermore, the alluring beach of Falassarna, Balos lagoon, and Elafonisi beach, are withing driving distance and are certainly worth a daily trip! Also, the European hiking trail E4 passes beside the house for any fan of hiking!
