This exclusive holiday villa is located only approximately a 15 minutes drive from Athens airport, about 28 minutes from the centre of Athens and only a few minutes from several beaches. It is a perfect place for vacation, relaxation or business. Enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the enchanting bay of Porto Rafti, or observe the starry sky during the night. Via the Attica road, it will take you only about half an hour to the capital and to the historical center of Athens, as well as to the largest port of the country, Piraeus.
The villa is surrounded by two large courtyards with a total area of 260 sq.m. The first courtyard features parking spaces and the second one a stone barbecue. At the disposal of the visitor is the use of the garden and the barbecue. The upper floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea, the city or the mountain.
The luxurious villa offers four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. It has three levels and boasts a living space of 140 m². On the first floor, there is a large living room with a combined kitchen and a beautiful fireplace.
