One king bed in spacious master bedroom upstairs, 1 queen bed in bedroom downstairs, and 1 queen sleeping sofa in living room downstairs. All 3 beds are with memory form mattresses.
Located on Monte Verde st & 15th st, is just 4 blocks from the beach, Clint Eastwood's Mission Ranch is 2 minutes walk away. Shopping and restaurants of 'Carmel by the Sea' are less than 1 mile away. Scenic Drive is close by. Beautiful Point Lobos State Reserve is about 3 miles. This is a perfect location for family getaway or reunion.
Newly renovated, from stylish hardwood floor, kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances, to all furniture are brand new. 2 TVs are provided, with streaming (NEFLIX, etc)and Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped. 3 cars can park in front of the house.
