The home is located in one of South Lake Tahoe’s most charming and walkable historic neighborhoods, originally designed in the late 1920s. This quiet area blends classic Tahoe cabins with thoughtful remodels, offering a peaceful, local feel while still being close to beaches, dining, and year-round activities. A short walk away awaits Lakeside Beach, and Marina is an excellent spot for summer days, with a free concert series on Thursdays during the summer. There are numerous bike and S.U.P. rental locations near the beach. The bowling alley and the community golf course are both close by, making it easy to mix laid-back fun and outdoor recreation into your Tahoe stay. Walk to Safeway to grab all your groceries. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

This home shares a driveway with a separate one-bedroom cabin on the property. When parking, please keep vehicles on the right side of the driveway close to the home. The two homes are fully private and independent, with no shared living spaces, ensuring a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions; always carry chains. Snowstorms and icy terrain can make access difficult without proper traction.
To ensure a smooth, compliant stay, please review all local rules outlined in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.
