Summary: Our Koutsounari Traditional Cottage was just that, traditional and cosy, quaint, and very clean. We had a small living area and kitchen, shower room with toilet and a double bedroom with a very comfortable bed and beautiful bedlinen. There was also a terrace with seating which we used for breakfast and evening drinks. There was air conditioning in the bedroom. Ioanna made us very welcome and gave us a map of the area highlighting restaurants, beaches, areas of interest, etc. She was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. I would recommend the cottages to those looking for a traditional Cretan stay, but would not recommend for children as the wall on the terrace was low and there was a drop on the other side!
