This 160 sq m south facing farm-like holiday home designed by the architect-owner, sits harmoniously on an organically cultivated 30,000 sq m private land full with 300-400 year old olive trees. The House consists of two independent self-contained sleeping units on either side of the main living/kitchen area. Unit A, with a veranda of its own, has two adjacent en suite bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub) Sleeps 4. Unit B has two bedrooms in different levels joined with a staircase, sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub).Sleeps 4. All three areas with exposed timber roofs layered with byzantine tiles look onto a large veranda with a great view towards the olive grove and the sea. The area is quite, the landscape is beautiful and the ground covered with Mediterranean flora is ideal for kids and pets. The House, although close to the town of Porto Heli and to the beach, it is very secluded and ideal for relaxation...So close and yet so far away

Summary: We were six adults who spent a week in Nikos' house. The house is beautiful, and wonderfully decorated and furnished. The view is spectacular, and we appreciated that it truly was in the middle of nature, only looking out at the olive trees and the sea in the distance. We walked or bicycled the small distance to the nearest beach. The beach was perfect, very clean, very few people and with crystal clear waters. Excellent for swimming. Nikos was a very kind and generous host. All in all paradise:-) We would love to come back. One thing to note is that the four rooms are open to the room next door.
