The Neighborhood:
Rozelle is in the inner west of sydney, a highly popular suburb,next to the historical Balmain ,defined by its creative arts culture, organic food markets, artisan cafes,antique /bric brac markets on every weekend, historical pubs, Dawn Fraser Pool , and has the charm of a close knit village, bordered by glistening bays and with in arms reach of the CBD. My home is in walking distance to this all, and just a ferry ride/bus/light rail to the Opera house, Fish Markets, China Town,Barangaroo, Darling Harbour and much more.
Getting Around:
You will need to purchase an Opal card , can buy from petrol stations, newsagents, various oulets with the Opal sign to travel on all buses/ferrys/light rail. The bus stop to the CBD is a 2 minute walk , across the park,grab your opal card from the BP station, and hop on the 502/504/508..for the Queen Victoria Building.
Parking or parking options:
On street parking is available and a guest pass provided.

Please note that a copy of a valid photo ID is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note that a charge of $100 will apply if the parking permit is lost.
