Positive: Location very close to the old town, clean, very polite host, kitchen equipment, coffee water and small gifts provided. Bath amenities and general home supplies also all provided. Washing mashing with soap and softener.

Negative: Kind of pricy. No privacy since windows look directly to the street. No outdoor space/balcony to hang outside. Bad quality bed.
