Villa Costa Pounda 2 combines contemporary clean line architecture with a Cycladic influence creating a modern luxurious setting both in and outdoors. Indoors the Villa’s white predominates with wooden and marble touches. The elegant living room sits next to the dining area and the fully equipped open plan kitchen on the Ground floor. Meanwhile, the individually designed bedrooms, all with their en-suite bathroom, all spacious and well designed. Two of them sits on the Ground floor, and the last one on the Lower level.
Outdoors the outsized marble covered terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers and pergolas resembling the lavish exterior of a six-star hotel. A large wind-protected dining area with a trendy bar and a gas BBQ adds style to afternoon cocktails and moonlit candlelight dinners.
