Positive: We were not actually AT VIlla Murano - on arrival we were told we would be housed at their sister hotel, Murano Grande. This was puzzling, but the Murano Grande was OK - nice restaurant, close to Fira, though on a busy road.

Negative: We had booked a room which said we would have sea view, balcony, and double bed - the room we had did not have a balcony, it had twin beds, and the sea view was great but you had to sit out in the public courtyard area to see it.

Summary: OK - but a bit disturbing not to have the change in venue discussed in advance, & room not great.
