The large house features open plan living on 2 levels, high ceilings, polished timber floors with lovely outlook to pool and garden. The upstairs consists of a well equipped chef's kitchen, a large dining room table and a lounge area with comfy couches and a day bed. Modern Bathrooms & Kitchen

The living areas all open onto a large north facing covered deck with hooded 6 burner BBQ and another large dining table designed to capture the cool summer breezes. There is also one bedroom (KS bed) one bedroom (2 x SB) and a bathroom on this level. The ground floor has three very large bedrooms (QS beds). Of the three, one has an additional single bed. The three bedrooms downstairs are serviced by 2 bathrooms.
Four out of the five bedrooms have LCD televisions and Netflix/Stan enabled for your convenience. Main living area is also a Smart television. Foxtel IQ has been included with this TV.
The house is fully airconditioned/heated. Ceiling fans are in most rooms and the house is screened. Free Wifi is available
There is undercover parking for 2-3 vehicles in the carport. Parking is also available out the front footpath. The house is located at the rear of the large 800 sqm block with an 11 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens.
Byron Bay Golf Club is only 2 minutes drive away.
Also within a short walk is the village of Suffolk Park with its fabulous bakery, Tavern, shops, supermarket and restaurants. With Byron Bay only a 7 minute drive away, this location is the perfect compromise between all the action of the Bay and the unspoilt beauty of Tallows Beach.
